What's the best way to get started with Lotto Pro?
Will Lotto Pro run on a Mac computer?

Lotto Pro must be run on a Windows computer or laptop. You can run Lotto Pro on a Mac computer or laptop if you use a Windows emulation program such as Boot Camp, VirtualBox, or Parallels. Lotto Pro will not run on a Chromebook, tablet, or phone.

What can I do if my country is not included in Lotto Pro?

You can create a drawing history file for another country by selecting the File|New|Drawing File menu option in Lotto Pro. You must select "Other" for the country when you create the drawing file. After the drawing file has been created, you should manually add the last 50 drawings by selecting the Add, Modify or Delete Drawings option.

Why can't I change the printer in Lotto Pro?
  • Please follow these steps in order, and do not skip a step.

  • Close Lotto Pro.

  • Open the Printers option in the Windows Control Panel.

  • Right-click on the incorrect printer and select the "Default Printer" option.

  • Right-click on the correct printer and select the "Default Printer' option.

  • You should now be able to print to the correct printer.

Why do I get an error when I update the drawing files?
  • Ensure that you entered your username and password correctly. If you have forgotten your login info, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

  • Ensure that Lotto Pro is closed when you update the drawing files.

  • You may have an antivirus program, firewall, or router that is blocking the Lotto Pro update program.

When do you update the drawing results?

The drawing results for the previous day are updated daily between 7 am and 8 am EST.
