Lotto Pro lottery software bet slip definitions

Lotto Pro allows you to print your tickets directly on bet slips, instead of filling them out by hand.

Each lottery game requires a definition file that contains measurements and information pertaining to it's bet slip. Listed in the table below are bet slip definition files that are available for download. 

After you download the bet slip definition file, you should open it and then click the Install button to install the definitions to the Lotto Pro data folder.

​You can tell if the definitions were installed correctly by opening the drawing file for the game and then selecting the Bet Slip Properties option in the Lotto Pro Edit menu. If the definitions were installed, all the measurement values for the slip will be filled in.

​WHAT IF THERE IS NO BET SLIP DEFINITION FOR MY GAME?

If a bet slip definition is not listed for your state or country, we will create the bet slip definition file for you for no extra charge. You should mail 40 to 45 blank bet slips for each game to: Data Solutions, 304 E Pine St #1191, Lakeland FL 33801

​HOW TO INSTALL THE BET SLIP DEFINITIONS?

To install the files, click on the filename and save them to your Windows desktop.

Double-click the icon on your desktop and click the Install button. You can delete the icon after you have installed the files.

​WHAT PRINTER TO USE FOR PRINTING BET SLIPS

The bet slip definitions that are included with the program assume that you will be inserting the stack of slips vertically on the far right side of the printer.

If your printer only allows you to insert the stack of bet slips vertically in the center of the printer, you should check to see if the printer properties allow you to enter a custom paper size. If so, you should create a custom paper size equal to the width and height of the bet slip.

A center feed printer that we recommend for printing bet slips is the Epson ET-2803 printer.

​How to insert the slips into your Printer?

The stack of bet slips should be inserted vertically, with panel A on the slips going into the printer first. Slide the paper guides up against the stack of slips to hold them firmly in place while printing.

All printer margins should be set to zero.

​HOW DO I PRINT THE BET SLIPS IN LOTTO PRO?

You can test the bet slip alignment by selecting the Bet Slip Properties option in the Lotto Pro Edit menu. Make sure you have loaded the bet slips in your printer and click the Test button. If the slips don't print correctly, you may have to make a small change to the Boxes Top Margin and/or Boxes Right Margin values.

To print your tickets on bet slips, click on the Tickets button in Lotto Pro. Click the Create Smart Number Tickets button. Click the Next button until your tickets are displayed. Click the Print Tickets on Bet Slips icon in the Lotto Pro toolbar (third icon from the left).
