When I print, Lotto Pro shows the wrong printer. Why can't I change the printer?
Close Lotto Pro.
Open the Printers option in the Windows Control Panel.
Right click on the printer that Lotto Pro is defaulting to and select the "Default Printer" option.
If you don't use the printer, right click on the printer and select the Delete option.
Now right click on the printer that you want to use with Lotto Pro and select the "Default Printer" option.
You should now be able to print to the correct printer from Lotto Pro.
I just started using Lotto Pro. What is the best way to get started?
The fastest way to learn the basics is to select QuickStart in the Lotto Pro Help menu. You can find more detailed program instructions by selecting Lotto Pro Help in the Help menu or our illustrated User's manual.
What printer do you recommend for printing bet slips?

How do I update to the latest version of Lotto Pro?
Select Check for Program Update in the Lotto Pro Help menu, or click on the Windows Start button and select Program Files|Lotto Pro|Update Lotto Pro..
Will Lotto Pro run on a Mac computer?
If you want to run Lotto Pro on a Mac computer you must run PC emulation software such as Boot Camp, VirtualPC or Parallels.
Why am I unable to download up-to-date drawing files?
If you have not done so already, you should download the latest version of Lotto Pro. If you are a registered user of Lotto Pro, make sure that you have entered your user name and password correctly in the Lotto Pro update program.
My country's Lotto game(s) are not included in Lotto Pro. Can I still use the program?
Yes, you can. You should create a drawing file for the lotto games in your country using the File|New|Drawing File menu command in Lotto Pro.
Make sure that you select Other for the country when you create the drawing file(s).
After you have created the drawing file(s), use the Add, Modify or Delete Drawings option to add the last 50 drawings.
How do I edit or print a ticket file after it has been saved?
You should select the "Apply Filters to Tickets" option in the Tickets menu.
What should I do if there is no bet slip definition for the game that I play?
If the game is not listed, we will create the definition file for you if you send us 35 to 40 blank bet slips for the game.
You should send the bet slips to Data Solutions, P.O. Box 1067, Polk City, FL 33868. There is no charge for the service.
How should the bet slips be inserted in my printer?
The stack of bet slips should be inserted vertically on the far right side of your printer, with panel A of the bet slips going into the printer first. Slide the left paper guide of your printer up against the stack of bet slips to hold them in place while printing.
What to do if my printer only allows me to insert the bet slips in the center of the printer?
Select the Bet Slip Properties menu command in the Lotto Pro Edit menu. Enter a negative value for the Boxes Right Margin. Increase the negative value until the slips print correctly.
What should I do if the boxes don't print exactly where they should on the bet slip?
Select the Bet Slip Properties menu command in the Edit menu. Change the value of the Boxes Top Margin and/or Boxes Right Margin by a small amount. Click the Test button after each change. Repeat the process until the slips print correctly.
When I play a pick-3 or pick-4 game, why doesn't the program give repeating numbers on the tickets when I create Smart number tickets?
If you uncheck one or more of the numbers picked to play, some of your tickets will have repeating numbers.
